Altora Employee Spotlight: Introducing Grace, Marketing Manager.

Grace-02

What brought you to Altora?

I was first attracted to Altora due to the team! I love working with a close knit, supportive team that offer plenty of room for growth, and Altora offers just that.

What is your background/experience?

I gained my Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing in 2018 and have seven years of experience in helping organisations expand and thrive.

I particularly enjoy enhancing growth, brand positioning, and organisational evolution. I am also a keen storyteller and love being able to share a company’s story and ‘why’ through content and advertising.

My love for storytelling is extended to outside of work too; in my spare time, I write children’s books and have three published so far. I focus on rhyming picture stories with a philosophical twist. I absolutely adore having this creative outlet.

How long have you been working at Altora and what is your role?

I joined Altora in March 2024 as the Marketing Manager. My focus is on digital marketing and communications and event planning. I’m excited to help Altora reach new heights and find creative, tailored ways of helping the company grow.

What do you enjoy most about working at Altora?

Working with the team – it’s a great culture and environment, and everyone is fantastic at what they do with masses of experience in various areas. There is so much to be learnt from working with them.

How do you think Altora differentiates from competitors in the industry?

Altora’s software and positioning is significantly focused around our customers. We have pride in being client-led; we listen to feedback and adapt the software to suit organisations, it’s exceptionally user-friendly and simple to use, and the pricing is very sustainable. We love being able to grow with organisations and the proof of that is our long-term, committed clients.

How has Altora evolved since you have been working with them?

Altora is ever evolving. The developer team are constantly working on upgrades or enhancements and new features. SCORM courses have recently been added to the induction system, and I hear on the grapevine there is a lot more exciting things going on behind the scenes.

What advice would you give to a colleague who recently joined Altora or who is in beginning of their professional career?

Don’t be afraid to reach out for help. The entire team are very eager to help and support each other and there is no judgement whatsoever.
