The Result

Capital Transport Group began using Altora in November 2021 and has found it to be an asset to their employee induction and contractor management processes. Currently, Capital Transport Group has 4,000 contractors and employees using the Altora system together with 40 administrators.

Before Altora, administrators had to train new subcontractors manually. Now, they have a customised workflow that manages the process entirely online.

In addition to training, Capital Transport Group has found Altora useful in auto-triggering notifications when requirements are due to expire for employees, as well as creating customisable reports for administration. Capital Transport Group has also found Altora’s customer support a joy to work with and helpful with any questions that arise. They appreciate that the system is clear and easy to use and allows for a seamless rollout across the company.

Altora is super easy to use (in particular for those that may not be as tech-savvy) and can handle a large number of workers in the system whilst still being clear and easy to manage. It was very easy to roll out the system to our company and is quite simple in the best way.
