Meet Vincent – Altora’s Director and Software Manager. Vincent, or Vinny as we call him, is our technical director / tech-wizard. Vinny is a fellow founder, alongside John and Cuong. He has been committed to Altora’s growth since we opened our doors back in 2010. Vinny’s focus is on continual growth and enhancement of our software and its features, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Altora team.   During his spare time, he and his wife love to travel, exploring Victoria and further afield, as well as indulging in Melbourne’s quirky café scene each weekend – if there’s a new and unique café that’s opened, Vinny will have it on his radar!

Meet Cuong – Altora’s Director and Operations Manager. Alongside our other two directors John and Vinny, Cuong has been an integral part of Altora from inception in 2010 to now. Cuong’s focus is on overseeing Altora’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the wheels turn and guiding the team to success.    During his spare time, Cuong enjoys exploring Victoria with his family, going to judo and testing out local breweries.

Meet John – Altora’s Director and Software/Web Manager. John and our other two directors Cuong and Vinny founded Altora in 2010 and have been committed to Altora’s growth and success. John’s focus is on leading the software development team, ensuring that Altora’s product continues to evolve and meet the needs of our customers, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations.   During his spare time, John enjoys travelling to new and unique places with his family, engaging in a spot of DIY, and martial arts classes.

Meet Chris – Altora’s Lead Software Developer. Chris has been part of the Altora team for over a decade, where he has been dedicated to continually improving Altora’s software and product.   During his spare time, Chris likes sport, reading and spending time with his family.

Meet Hamish – Altora’s Product Specialist. Hamish is an expert at showcasing our product features and benefits to potential clients. Tailoring product intel to suit our clients’ industry and requirements, Hamish helps organisations picture and understand what Altora’s software will look like in action, and how it will benefit their company.  During his spare time, Hamish is a total Lego fanatic, with a strong collection underway. He also enjoys exploring new Victorian lunch hotspots, spending time with family and expanding his plant collection.

Meet Nicole – Altora’s Customer Success Manager. Nicole provides world-class customer service to our clients, receiving consistent rave reviews about her dedication to our clients’ system training, technical support and overall product experience and success.   During her spare time, Nicole loves to explore Victoria, travel to unique destinations, and work on her figurine projects... Plus she is a total board games expert if you’re ever up for a bit of healthy competition!

Meet Lauren – Altora’s Product Consultant. Lauren is an absolute pro at business development and helping Altora expand our network. Through rigorous search methods and her excellent reputation and interpersonal skills, Lauren has helped Altora expand significantly across a range of industries and focus areas, with plenty more growth on the horizon!

Meet Grace – Altora’s Marketing Manager. Grace’s focus is on helping organisations discover Altora. With 8 years of marketing experience, Grace is able to effectively showcase Altora’s products and features across a range of marketing mediums, with the ultimate goal of informing businesses about how Altora’s innovative onboarding software will enhance their induction and compliance processes. Outside of work, Grace loves travelling, paddleboarding, growing plants, and enjoying Victoria’s excellent food and wine scene.

Meet Ben – Altora’s Front-End Developer and Graphic Designer. Ben is our web wizard, focusing on our clients and potential customers experience across our website. Through in-depth technical analysis, SEO, improvements and enhancements, and top-tier graphic design, Ben’s focus is on increasing both quantity and quality when it comes to web traffic and customer experience, ultimately giving Altora a highly competitive online presence and edge. Outside of work, Ben is exceptionally ‘green fingered’, growing all manner of fruits and vegetables, along with his newest venture of owning chickens. He also enjoys camping and exploring regional Victoria with his family.
